Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Snowdrop has been playing with smoothies again lately- she recently made a chocolate peanut butter one and she wrote down what she put in! So I can share it with you!

If you have it, try this with kefir. Kefir is cultured and add a load of beneficial probiotic benefits to the smoothie. Bananas peeled and frozen make a fantastic ice substitute. They are great for thickening, sweetening and cooling your smoothies off!
