Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
4 eggs (raw, from pastured hens that you know how they live)
3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 Tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup cream
3 cups milk or kefir (preferably raw)
stevia to sweeten, optional, the bananas do a great job. Especially if they are frozen!
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until completely smoothified. Serve in chilled glasses if you’d like. especially good with a couple chocolate chips as garnish.
If you have it, try this with kefir. Kefir is cultured and add a load of beneficial probiotic benefits to the smoothie. Bananas peeled and frozen make a fantastic ice substitute. They are great for thickening, sweetening and cooling your smoothies off!
